Since 1998…

Joe Kelly, owner of  The Clip-On Guys, managed an optical store in Lancaster, PA. “Do you have clip ons for these?” was the familiar question from patients selecting prescription frames at the eyewear store.

Of course, the answer was always “No”. So, Joe decided to change that.

Utilizing simple, existing technology, The Clip-On Guys company was born in 1998 as a retail business to provide custom clip on sunglasses. What started as a small business in PA , is now online selling custom made clip on sunglasses all over the USA and even overseas.

Joe and his daughter Lauren now run the Cliponguys based out of sunny Sarasota Florida!
